Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Helix AI’s services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Helix AI provides AI receptionist and automation services including call handling, missed‑call recovery, scheduling, CRM synchronization and reporting as described on our site or in an order form.
Setup fee: $9,000 (non‑refundable). Monthly retainer: $2,000 billed in advance. Annual plan: $25,000 prepaid. Invoices are due upon receipt via Stripe. Late balances outstanding more than seven days may result in service suspension until paid.
Monthly plans are month‑to‑month after the onboarding milestone month. You may cancel future months at any time after the milestone. Annual plans are non‑refundable.
You must provide accurate onboarding information, calendar and CRM access, telephony details, approved scripts and prompt feedback. You are responsible for lawful use of our services and any content you supply.
We target 10 business days to initial go‑live after completed onboarding. Availability may vary during integrations or third‑party outages.
We configure no‑PHI SMS and email flows and route sensitive matters to secure channels. For medical clients, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) may be provided via our partner stack.
We retain ownership of all intellectual property in our templates, workflows and software. You receive a non‑exclusive right to use outputs for your business.
Each party will protect the other’s non‑public information with reasonable care and will only use it for purposes of the relationship.
We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Example ROI and case math on our site are illustrative only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 90 days preceding a claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third‑party claims arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Venue shall be in Ingham County.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
